Night BlindBy closing the open front keeps the cold air within the cabinet, saving energy
LocationNever install a open fronted cabinet near a heat source or an entrance as this can affect the natural air flow of the Multideck dramatically reducing the cooling capacity. Products in these locations with temperature faults are not covered by any warranties.
Other points to consider
IntegralThis is where the cabinet self contained ie the refrigeration motor either underneath or above the cabinet - as one product.
RemoteWhere you purchase a multi deck cabinet and a separate refrigeration system. Benefits include installing the motor some distance from the Multideck (interconnected by pipe and cabling) reducing heat and noise produced in the shop. Disadvantage - requires an engineer to install and usually more expensive than integral systems.
