| Exterior | White or coloured exteriors are ideal for smaller establishments whereas stainless steel or aluminum exteriors are recommended to with stand heavy daily use. |
| Static Cooler | A back plate within cabinet ices up and the cabinet temperature cools - thus cooling the product - this method will take longer to cool your products, although less expensive during the initial outlay. |
| Fan Cooler | High speed fan blows cold around around the products, thus cooling the products more quickly. Remember over stocked fridges will result in reduced air movement around the produce, effecting the cooling efficiency. |
| Defrost | Manual defrost will require someone to regularly defrost the evaporator as good house keeping. Auto or electric defrost requires no manual assistance during this operation. |
| Temp Range | Check the cabinets temperature range before purchasing, ensure the range is adequate for your requirements. |
| Lock | Do you require a door lock for when the product is not in use? |
| Interior | If your planning on heavy usage of the product ensure you purchase a cabinet with a heavy duty interior either hammered aluminum rather than plastic. |
