Basic Type	Some wine fridges are basic fridges with coloured exteriors and alternative shelves for wine bottles - these are usually budget wine fridges - ideal for quick turn around in wine useage.
Dedicated	Some models are true wine fridges with temperatures to match wine storage, charcoal filters, anti-vibration and humidifcation.
Filters	These help to stop or reduce any odours that could taint the cork and subequently the wine.
Vibration	For long term storage buy a cabinet with as little vibration from the operation as possible. Vibration disturbs the wine molecules.
Display Door	Glass doors are ideal for display and ideal for quick turn around of wine.
Solid Door	Ideal for long term storage as the wine bottles are kept in a dark location.
Shelves	Usually asthetic, wooden aid appearing on display door cabinets. Wine is stored on its side this helps to keep the cork moist and stop cork shrinkage (similar to traditional wine cellars)
Humidification	Keeping the corks from drying out stops air reaching the wine, thus spoiling the wine. Humidification helps with storing bottles for long periods of time. You could store cigars in a humidified wine cabinet with charcoal filters!
