Pull Out Beds	These are useful for loading and cleaning the cabinet.
Shelving	Note: not all shelving in some models are chilled (called ambient shelving) check before purchasing.
Humidity	Good quality chocolate cases included humidity control ideal for enhancing the display of chocolate products.
Misting & Fogging	This is a problem caused by high moisture in the air. Some patisserie cases include a small glass section at the front to reduce misting and fogging. Air conditioned premises usually do not suffer from this problem. Turn the cabinet slightly warmer if conditions persist.
